Leather Seat Cleaning

This past weekend I finally was able to detail the car in its entirety including the interior which is black in color. I normally use Meguiars Rich Leather Wipes on my other vehicles' seats with great results. However when I used them on the G, after the conditioner dried, I noticed that there was some shading on the seats and the leather appeared to not be totally uniform in color. I called Meguiars, and they advised me to take a damp warm terry cloth and lightly rub the surface to see if that would solve the problem and make the color more uniform. I did that but it didn't correct it completely. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the solution?

Any advise/tips will be greatly appreciated.

I also use Maguires wipes and haven't had any problems yet. After wiping down the leather I follow it by wiping with it with a terry cloth to get the extra residue off. Works great.

Thanks guys. So if I continue using these Meguiars wipes it appears that I'll have to also do a wipe down to avoid streaking.

I use most of Zaino's products but haven't gotten around to ordering his leather stuff which I will be once I deplete the Meguiars wipes.

BTW..I gave the G the first detail this past weekend with Zaino. I'll post pics tomorrow

Just wanted to give you an update. I finally was able to use Zaino Z9 and Z10 on the Infiniti's interior. This is by far one of the best products I've used for leather seat cleaning and conditioning including the vinyl parts of the interior
