Yep, it sure does. Leather is a natural skin that can scratch very easy. Things like fingernails, pet claws, keys, rivets from blue jeans, etc are all things that can scratch your "real" leather seats quite easily.
Find a leather repair service... They should be able to get that touched up. I doesn't look that bad. they will like need to dye the place and have some other stuff they use.
