Has anyone used Chantilly Infiniti's "brush-free" hand wash?
It was offered to me when i bought my 37...but i've been getting mixed reports.

even on the forums.

If anyone has taken their car in can you post your success/horror stories?

as stated by someone else in an earlier thread the area i live in is under water restrictions...and I cant take my car to a coin wash cause i cant get there early enough to bring my own bucket etc

I've taken mine in for a wash twice so far. Both times I got the car back as clean as it was when I took delivery. But the second time I noticed a small scratch on the inside driver's door grab handle. Showed it to the Service Mgr, he ordered me a new one on the spot. Not sure whose fault it was, to be honest, and I said as much. But the manager was pretty cool about it. My neighbor uses them all the time on his G35 sedan, no complaints.

I'm taking the car there Monday, to have a small scratch on the hood looked at, and possibly touched up. I might get the car washed then as well.


I like washing my own when I can, but if they continue to give me good free washes I'll continue to take them.

BTW the car wash by me is bucket friendly I just gave my DD a bath there 2 days ago.
