$35.99 for 5.4L Mobile 1 full synth at Canadian Tire (and probably PartSource).
Look for the 4.4L jug with a Bonus 1L attached to it.

No, OEM is conventional oil. Dealerships use conventional oil unless you ask for synthetic.
It's usually about $60 for 5.4L.
