As for me having a leased car I'm better of with takeda I don't gotta cut anything. I don't really care what brand is better, for me it came down to which was easier to install. And takeda won by 10 car lengths lol, as for injen replacing the washer bottle for a smaller one and not having the sensor for low fluid no thanks lol
This thread isn't a stillen vs takeda it was created for gta members who want a cai for a good price so please let's find more buyers so we can get moving
alright buddy .... so ... this is Takeda GB thread and lets keep comments reviews suggestions to PM or you are more than welcome to make a new thread ... I have started to get a feeling now that you have your Stillen, but still can't make up your mind, or trying to justify your purchase (i heard you were selling it ... what happened???? Dyno proven power bud )
Why you so confused bro .. install it already ... and am sure you are not clumsy with Dremel and shouldn't be an issue right
BTW that Takeda issue with the rubber coupling was actually people over tightening the clamp, which is a simple but silly mistake most DIYers do. It's a rubber made coupling after all and there's no high or low quality rubber. Rubber's a rubber.
I was the very first to own a Takeda, shipped directly from the factory, it went back right away. The couplers were horrid. too large for the tubing, they collapsed when inserted in the core support.
DIYer?? Maybe, but I have an engineering degree!!
