Winter Tire/Rim Information

Just picked up my G37X over the weekend and i was going to get a winter tire and leave my stock rims (17s) and make them the winter set up. My question is come spring can i put 18 inch rims on without any problems ? Plus one on the Toyo Garits had them on my Maxima and they worked great on front wheel can't wait to try them on the G.

I put my winters/rims on last night.
Size: P225 50R 18
I ended up getting them from Tirerack.com; had them shipped to a relative in Buffalo and they brought them in for me. Saved a bundle due to this!
Tirerack was helpful; everything was shipped in perfect form, nothing missing. I had to remove one of the extra pins that are put on the front rotors to hold the section during the assembly line. I also didnt by the TPMS for my tires way 2 expensive, so Im dealing with low tire light for the next few months.
