JR - yes winter has been great - almost no snow and mild temps.
I got my big M3 service a few days ago @ TG and they gave an EX35 as a loaner for the day. It's a cute little suv - but I think my 37 has more leg room in the backseats. But having the hatch on the back is certainly handy when moving lumber...took a little trip to Lowe's while I had her... When I got my 37 back I was happy to see I wasn't too harsh on the brakes - still had 6MM out of 10 on the front and 6MM out of 8 on the rear (pretty good for 29k from what they say). But the best part of all was new wiper blade inserts that work!!!
