Wow things got a little crazy there. Those crazy buggers, I think that times have been too good for them and they are losing the customer service aspect. I'm done with them now.

 

Send all of this straight to Infiniti Customer Affairs and get Dwayne taken care of asap. This is totally unacceptable. I'm sure a lot of people would of reacted the same way, you didn't pay $75K for a car to be taken for a ride by the [only] dealer in town!

Keep us posted. I am glad I don't deal with them if i got an email like that I would have drove to Edmonton ( not if i was in Russia) and ended up with assult charges. I have heard more horror stories about Erricson and my minimal dealings with them have not be that good, Shumby was the only person that ever had anything good to say about them.

That is the thing that surprised me they were soooo good to me everyother time. Now it is like wam. Well no more good dealings and recomendations from me.
