Erickson Infiniti FTW
OK so I got HFC (berks) on my ride. I stripped on of the O2 sensors getting them out of the old cats and Erickson's replaced it for free. Then muffler Rattle started and my SES light came back on. They replaced the Muffler and tested the O2 sensor again to find it is the issue. They recommend going back to stock cats but they are going to try one more sensor to see if they can fix the issue. All of this free. They could be ****s about this but they are not they are being really good and working with me on this. I have just placed an oder from tony for non-fowlers thought just in case. Just thought I would give props to "G" the service guy that works there and helps me out. (even thought got a maxima for a loaner one time)

I'm definitely detecting a different service level for their Infiniti versus Nissan customers.
As a Nissan customer of Erickson, I don't get near the customer service that I hear the Infiniti customer are receiving. It's to the point I won't recommend Erickson for service or as a place to purchase a vehicle. I know they won't get a sniff of my monies again. I'll shop and service my Nissan needs elsewhere.

Ericksen has been treating me well for the last year with both our cars. there was a bit of a screw up when I got the rims and tires put on and 'G' took care of it. The new dealership is a must, I bet they will be working out of a trailer on the new location before it can open....

I agree to a certain point. Customer service shouldn't be decided on how much you pay for something, sort of like discriminating against someone cause they couldn't buy the G instead of the sentra.
