I was goin thru some of discussions in the forum. I thought that if you want the significant discount on the G37 at this point, group buy would be another solution for ya'll.

If you really want to save money, consider importing it from the US when the RIV approves it. atleast 6-7 thousand dollar saving -- something I dont see any canadian dealer ever knocking off the cdn MSRP even with a groupbuy.

datz another option if u know how to do it. HOWEVER. People still buy cars in Canadian market when they know it is cheaper if they r goin down to states.
If canadian consumer want the car from states, by all means, go ahead~! :P The idea I was suggesting is for the people who wnt the car from HERE in CANADA!! I will say right now,"groupbuy" will make significant change on G37 price at this point..

Dear Mr. Wong,
Thank you for your recent inquiry about importing a 2008 G37.
This vehicle appears to be admissible as it is cited on Transport
Canada's List of Vehicles Admissible from the United States as
admissible, revised September 2007. This vehicle must bear a Statement
of Compliance label affixed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer
stating that "the vehicle was manufactured to comply with all US federal
emission, bumper and safety standards on the date of manufacture". This
label is located on the pillar of the driver door side. Failing that,
we will accept a letter from the manufacturer stating the same. Please
refer to this list at
http://www.riv.ca/english/US_vehicle_admissibility.pdf
