G37 Bargain or Money pit

Hello everyone. I've been looking at some Infiniti G37s and I've come across a few. There's one in particular I'm looking at from a dealing and speaking with that's $3,588. It has 181k on it and a 2010. According to the dealer it needs some work. This dealer has a "handyman" program to where they give the buyer the option to fix the issues themselves or they can fix it for a "50% parts discount and 30% labor discount". Here are the issues with the car:
  • Headlight cleaning
  • Drive belt replacement
  • Front pads and rotors
  • Outer tie rods(both sides)
  • Leaking rack and pinion
  • Alignment(after replacing rack)
  • Rear pads and rotors
  • Rear shocks
  • Left front strut(full assembly)
  • Rear hubs (both noisy)
  • Full exhaust from manifold
Total with discount: $2600

Second set of issues
  • Oil change
  • 4 Tire Pressure Sensors
  • Transfer case output shaft seal
  • Fluid washer jug(leaking)
  • Front fender liner and hardware
  • Code P1705: 2 Throttle bodies and reflash pcm
  • P1815 transmission repair
  • P0106 pcm repair and program.
Total with discount: $1,727.81

Some of these issues seem pretty mild. I've changed brakes and shocks before. I searched the codes and seems like it's an actuator, MAP sensor and shifter assembly issue. Not sure about the exhaust and rack and pinion if the prices they give are good. So would this be a good deal or just a money pit for this car? I have a 2013 Nissan Sentra and it has 104k on it and the trade in value is close to this car. My Sentra currently doesn't have much wrong with it. Just need to change the sparkplugs, add some better aftermarket item like cruise control, better radio and speakers and some fog lights. Also the rear tint is bubbling.

Find another car. You can find a much better example with much less milage for the near 8k it'll cost you to get that car running well.

Yeah sorry if that sounded rude lol, but the main points I was trying to make were:

1) A lot of work is need to get it running reliably.
2) The smaller items are regular maintenance so those are not an issue but some of the larger issues show the car wasn't well taken care of. So who knows what else is actually wrong with the car.
3) Finding a lower milage well maintained G for 8-9k is very easy to do. For example my brothers single owner dealer serviced 09 sedan with 81k miles was purchased for $8600.

Not rude at all. Lol. This is very true about getting a well maintained G for 8k to 9k.
