need opinion on buying 2011 G37 IPL
I'm in the market for a new car and found a 2011 G37 IPL 6MT, exact color and transmission that I want. it's priced at 22k for 50k miles. I was going through the carfax with the sales guy there and it had 3 owners. The 3rd owner had infiniti purchase the car back due to a misfiring cylinder and from there it looks like infinity had to replace a few things along with putting the stock intake and exhaust back onto the car.
It seems the car may have been modded previously but as it sits right now it looks bone stock. The test drive went smooth enough I guess but I'm still hesistant about pulling the trigger.
The dealer assured me that the replaced parts have an additional 20k mile warranty on the items and that once a vehicle goes back to nissan it will come back good as new.
any opinions are appreciated. also, does the price seem fair?
Thanks!

It'd be the deal of the century had this post included only the first sentence. I think you'll have to weigh the consequences of having a rebuilt engine against a lowered price. Even if the parts have an extra 20k warranty on them, it doesn't mean that the engine won't misfire at 21k. I'd keep looking for other clean examples since there will be more inventory once the Q60 is released.
FYI - dealers will say almost anything to get your signature on that contract.

For most owners sure, but if you have some mechanic skill it wouldn't be all that bad...of course with all supporting docs to help.
I'd hold off until receiving more info...if you don't hear anything by COB tomorrow just move on.

Hint: I'd rather buy YOUR wheels

is 22k for an IPL 6MT with 50k miles cheap enough to warrant purchasing?
Here is what the lemon law notice form has listed at the bottom.
NONECONFORMITIES OR OTHER CONDITIONS: 1. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT / PO300 Multi cylinder misfire- Replaced the intake ducts, mass air flow meters, air filter boxes and exhaust muffler to resolve. WO#504776 Dated 3/4/16
So I'm hoping that the issue is resolved? im having trouble convincing myself not to buy this car

Unless if you know how to do it yourself it could cost thousands down the line. A typical IPL now with similar mileage would cost less than $25k. I'd rather pay a little more to avoid the headaches and possible time in the shop later on.
