Newb with Question re Prices

Good morning, all. Newbie, here, just about to buy a G37. But I have a question of you more knowledgeable members...I'm looking to buy a new 2013 G37, MSRP is $38,700, dealer asking $36,600. My question is...when this model was discontinued weren't there incentives, etc. to move them off the lot? What should I, realistically, pay for this? My thinking is that this is a 3-year-old discontinued model. The dealer should be excited to move this off his lot.(?) He's probably had this on his inventory for 2-3 years. I just think $2000 discount is quite light. Just looking for some experienced guidance on what they're 'really' selling for. Thanks, for the help. Looking forward to learning more from the forum.

$33,000. Final offer, take it or leave it on the lot for 2 more years.
