Too good to be true?

I'm about to buy a 2012 G37x with 34k miles for $24k through Carmax. No navigation. Clean Carfax. I feel like I must be missing something critical. Any red flags I should be looking for?

Sounds like a pretty good deal. When I was shopping I found 2 x's in my area (both 2012) for $28,600 and $29,800. Done some more shopping and found a 2012 xS for $24,900. I had to drive 6 hours to get it though......
