don't give any money down. Zero.
Monthly payment is too high as well. See if they do $0 down/$420-440 (inc tax) with more miles per year.
This is BMW money they ask.
$495/mo (incl tax) with $500 down gets you a fully-loaded 328i (MSRP $52000+), just for comparison.

I'm a little confused on what 0 down means. I'm assuming the 1800 in tax is all the tax they want down, then my monthly payment is without tax. Then they also want 700 for the bank fee, and the 1st months payment.
I live in New York so the tax is 8.625%
Also I'm unable to find what invoice is on the car, since I'm coming out of a lease they are giving me 1000 dollars for dealer incentive. Ideally, if I bought the car at invoice, I should get 1000 off that so if the msrp is 46495, I'm assuming the invoice would be 43000 ish...
Anyone have sample number of a good lease deal in NY?
Thanks

Sorry...was having a bad day and I really dig this site, but tire of seeing all the people asking if they have a good deal when they could just go to:
www.edmunds.com
and that website will tell you what car invoices are, what car rebates/incentives are, what the market value of a car is, all you could care to know about leases, how to work the best car deal if you are either buying or leasing a car, etc...
Or even read the "sticky" posts in each of MyG37's forum before posting. No one does their homework anymore and when they get a bad deal, they complain about it. Sorry...just my two cents...
Bibbleton...you're getting taken by a pro. Don't feel bad, they do this everyday. Please educate yourself about leases and also about how to purchase a car. The effort you put in the beginning will save you time, money and heartache later. Plus, when you do get that car you want, you don't want to have any regrets.
I bought a brand new Camry V6 XLE 6.5 years ago, had a 5 year loan on it. I kept good care of that car and just used it as the down payment on a 2011 G37 Convertible last week. I wanted a brand new G37 (and could easily have afforded it), but did I really want to shell out over $700 a month on a car? Then I found this graphite shadow 2011 G37 convertible with 19k miles, premium, nav, upgraded wheels, interiors package, interior mood lighting and exhaust tips for $33k. Yes, it was a clean title too. A comprable new one would have been around $53k. So I saved $20k by letting someone else take the depreciation off a really expensive car. In my opinion, if you can't afford to purchase a car or you are getting really high interest rates, start out easy.

^ maybe he really wants that Q60S badge though. lol.
i absolutely agree about letting someone else take the hit on the initial depreciation. i bought an '04 G35 in '06, and an '09 G37 in '10. both times i paid ~60% of the cost of a brand new car. i was very careful and took my time to make sure i found the right one that had been taken care of like i take care of my cars, but it was worth it. on a car like the G with a 6 year powertrain warranty i had no issue buying a 1-2 year new unit.
one of the stingers when buying new is all those extra fees and charges they make you pay - it really escalates the all-in cost. delivery, freight/PDI, air-con tax, tire levy, etc...another advantage of being the 2nd owner.

Never pay down paymentoon on a lease. Do MSDs. Search it up and learn it. Also there's $3250 Infiniti loyalty that is applied towards the cap cost.
I got a Q50 hybrid premium with nav @12k a year for $399 with first payment due at signing. You should be getting a crazy price on a q60 since its a rebadgrd G.

ripoff. Leased mine for $330/mo.
That cap cost reduction is a joke. No way those cars are selling for that much money. They're going for around $37-38k for a G37S. Unless they're charging now $10k for that stupid Q badge, you should hold out for a few more months, and prices will plummet again.

With $1500 down and $1000 conquest bonus for cap cost reduction. Got the car down $8k off MSRP in 2010.
$330/mo plus tax. Coupe. These were super common deals in 2010. Now Infiniti is ripping people off left and right. Maybe the economy is getting better!
Honestly I am interested in an IPL or Nismo Z but that's about it from Nissan. Next time If I spend $40-50k for a car it will have 400+ HP and a v8 or at least v6t...
Truth is a mustang premium has almost the same power and costs $20k less comparably equipped. $46k for 330hp is terrible these days. Bad MPGs too, no cylinder management, an 8 year old engine that the only technology about it is VVEL something Honda came up with in the 80s.

A year ago, a friend of mine got an M37S ($61K sticker) for no money down, $420+tax (CA) and they even gave him a $2000 Visa gift card...crazy.
Mine is a G37 Premium with Nav. Again, no money down, 24mo lease@$389(including tax, which is 8% in CA), 15K mi/yr. Not bad, I think.
A car with 400+hp V8 for 40-50K? Chevrolet SS - solid chassis, OK looks and a very decent interior. Can't go wrong with a small block Chevy
