I recently turned in my lease on my 2010 G37 for a 2013. I did the infiniti pull ahead program to get my three payments waived even though I had already made a payment so I was hoping to get that payment back. I called alliance inspections and left voicemails and I never got a reply so I was trying to do everything timely so I decided to turn in the car without the preinspection thinking I had less than 500 worth of damage which Im sure I did. Well I got off the phone with infiniti financial and they are sending me less than half my last payment back. I'm really annoyed and wanted to know if anyone has dealt with infiniti on a similar issue or knows how to get the fees waived. I just want my full last payment back.
