g37 coupe 2013 x s for $498 per month - lease 39 months
hey guys.. i've had a g35 2007 coupe 6mt loaded for 5 years...its time for an upgrade...
i went to infiniti on saturday... here is the deal i am "entertaining"
498 per month
39 month lease
zero down
about 1k in upfront fees that seem unavoidable...
very good value for my trade in
pretty much every feature. sport package, AWD, navigation, etc... its the 7 speed automatic, but I need the awd (my current car is rwd and a death trap in the snow, as im sure you all know)
I live in northern nj.
could i do better? can anyone recommend another dealer within 50 miles (down the shore, nyc, long island, etc...)
i was very happy with the sales guy and the sales manager.

What is the msrp, cap cost (selling price after dealer and manufacturer incentives & discounts), residual and your trade in amount? Do you owe money on your trade in? If you're happy with the salespeople then that is great!!!

i owe 9500 on my g35 2007 and they are going to give me 14500 for my car.

^^you need more numbers? so you're putting down 5K$. Get them to lower the cap cost & money factor as much as possible. I will use some speculative #'s. I will assume that they will sell the car for 47K$ (the gross cap cost) then add tax, dmv & acq. fees around 1.5K minus 5K down. 43.5K is your adjusted cap cost. Residual after 39mos i m guessing 27K.
So 43.5-27=16.5K/39mos=423$ plus tax & interest. Initial offer is a little high but not too bad but you should continue negotiating and shop around. GL.

Your math is pretty solid, Could you redo these numbers, as I am learning here...but humbled by your knowledge of this process.
thank you so much. I would really appreciate it.

^^47+1.5-1.5-27=20K/39mos=512$ + tax & int. These are speculative #'s. So their offer of 498+tax is pretty fair based on ur latest info. Negotiate with them to sell the car for 44K with a money factor that starts with .ooo##. The key is the cap cost & money factor, the lower the better!

Which dealership in NNJ? Was just able to grab a 2013 x coupe for 447/mo - 24mo/12k includes taxes and first months payment. The NJ-base Infiniti fees due at signing are:
bank: $700
doc: $289
license: $619
^^ These three are non-negotiable. Something sounds a miss if you are being told that $1498 includes 1st month. Are you sure that your first month isn't being rolled into your monthly payments?
