But mind you the lease transfer process takes 4-6 weeks because IFS takes FOREVER to get anything done. I've done this process twice and both times took me almost 2 months to complete the process.

This is just getting harder to do. Some dealers want me to take out a loan and then sell the car to my parent's while other dealers want me to turn the car in and they will sell it back to my parents for the price listed on my buyout. This way would cost me an additional 375.00 fee for turning the car in and the dealers are charging 300 dollars document fees + registration and title.

Good news. Turned the car into the dealer. The dealer bought the car and is going to sell it back to my parents. All the dealer is charging us is the 400 turn in fee (as per my Infiniti lease contract) and 140.00 document fees.
No pressure on getting the extended warranty at all. I'm still shocked that Competition Infiniti would be sending me to other dealers in order for my parents to get the car without the extended warranty. They lost a customer in me (Q50), as well as future customer of my parents & friends.
They have to hold the car until the title arrives. (2-3 weeks at most.)
