Lease a 2013 G37x Sedan?

Hey, I just got a quote from my lease company on a new 2013 G37x Sedan with 10,000 miles @ 24 Months for $305 (includes tax) a month with $1200 down (includes 1st month , titles, registration, bank fee) ... Car comes fully loaded with Navi, Premium, bascially everything except the S ...

What are your thoughts on this ? is its a good deal... The residual value on this car after the 2 years is insane 71% which obviously not worth buying out after the 2 years but for a lease 2 years on this car to me seems like a deal too good to be true... Any thoughts or comments would be great.. .
BTW I'm coming from a 2006 Acura RL AWD -Tech

Thanks.

P.S. I never owned an Infiniti but I did own 2 Nissan Maxima's (2001 & 2005) I loved both of them... So if anyone can tell me how this car is compares to either of those or how the AWD is on this car compared to my Acura RL .. thanks in advance

I had Acuras and Lexus before and there are different imo. The TL was a nightmare on me broke down 4 times before the lease was due. The Lexus was flawless no problems whatsoever. Now I have a G and I quite like it besides it missing that refinement of the Lex. I don't know about how the RL rides but I would assume softer than the TL. If youre looking for a quiet floaty ride then the G isn't for you. I have a G with the sport package and things can get bumpy at times. Deal wise I say it's pretty good since Infiniti is is trying to move the rest to there G out for the Q -_-

Don't really want a soft ride , I'm actually looking to get into something sportier and faster , the RL is a great quite ride but is very heavy.. I would like to think that the G37x Sedan is a lighter car and I know with the new V6 3.7 with 328HP sounds like it has a lot of power for that body type which means I'll be getting a lot more tickets... I never actually leased a car I always bought them, but a 2 year lease sounds like something I can do since I get bored with my cars quickly and I always like the Infiniti especially since I owned 2 nissans prior...

ThAts an amazing deal man. If you don't mind driving that with the new body coming out in the summer then you're good. It's a sweet car for a great price, I say do it!

I concur with MyG37xS, that is an amazing lease deal. I just got two of them last week at a Maryland dealer. MSRP $43110 on a 2013 G37X AWD with out Navi. The deal is $350/ mo for 24, first payment only at signing, 10K per yr. 0 down everything tucked in $350. I'd say do it. It is a blast to drive, lots of power precise & firm. You will love the sound of the exhaust. I am getting 28.08 per gal. on an unbroken engine on the highway.

Cheers, Reg

Thanks for the info.. I ended up getting the lease on a G37x Premium with $2500 down and $245 a month ... So far the car is real nice and tight, it's got a lot of power and feels like I'm gonna be very happy with her for the next 2 years. So far my only gripe is the AUX for the radio ... Seems that it only reads Ipods/phones and not Androids... Anyone know how to get bluetooth to play audio if I don't have Navi?
