Is this a coupe or sedan? sounds a little high especially with the down payment. talk to more dealers in the area. i was able to get a sport/premium/navi with zero down and 12K yr/24 mos for $370.00 (tax included). Right now there's a $3500 dealer cash incentive for sedans and $2500 for coupes.

Seems like you could do a little better, however, the 24 month residuals/money factors aren't easy for me to find online... Therefore, based on data thats publicly available for 36 month leases and sales prices in Los Angeles (truecar), the below lease is probably a comparable deal;
If you're looking at 36 month leases the residual on a 10k/yr lease would be 60% with a MF of .00024. That would translate to a payment of 356+tax with 0 down [with a $44,555 MSRP and a 39k (target) sales price].
Assuming you have loyalty cash of 1k, you could get the payment down to 328+tax.
Keep in mind this does NOT factor in title but does include fee's. Also - if you can tap into that dealer cash noted above, you could get these payments way down.

The dealer cash that esquesk is speaking of is not valid on leases. Those dealer cash incentives are for purchases only. There are incentives on leases but they are not nearly as much as for purchase.
I have clients everyday that check USAA or Truecar and then want that price for a lease. Can't be done.
