Getting a used G37s convertible : Is CPO useful ?
Hi,
I'm negociating to buy a 2010 G37s convertible and I can have a discount if I do not subscribe the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned warranty).
I think the manufacturer warranty bumper to bumper is 4 years and 6 years for the powertrain warranty, so what this CPO would bring more ?
Thanks for your feedback

Sorry, I needed a quick response because I was going to visit a dealership on Saturday. Anyway I got rid of the CPO and I subscribed the Infiniti Elite warranty. I'll post in the new member area to present my new car !

It's my 4th convertible or targa car (supra MKIV, s2000, Mustang GT, 350Z) and all of them are more noisy because of the lack of stiffness regarding any coupe.
So yes I'm prepared for those noises and NO it's not abnormal.

I think JohnsVert only mentioned the rattles because for some reason many people think a hardtop convertible will be quiet. You would not believe how many people complain on here about having noises from their convertible.
