How Does This Offer sound?

2012 G37S Coupe 6MT. 2800 down and 371 a month for a 39 month lease. Do you guys think this is a good deal or do you think there is room to negotiate? Thanks guys!

post the MSRP, cap cost, miles per year and money factor

MSRP is 45K and it will be 39 months and 12,000 mile a year.

Whatever it is, it's a pretty good deal considering it's an S coupe and he's only putting 2800 down (essentially TTL + lease fee).

Only thing I wonder is, I keep seeing people on here doing 10k and 12k/year leases. I really don't know of any real world people who only drive that much. 15k/year is much more realistic unless the car isn't your daily driver, you don't commute to work, or live reallly close to work.
