Lightbulb Good Deal? 2012 G37xS Sedan for $38,000+TTL in MD

I am wondering if this is a good deal.

2012 G37xS Sedan with navigation for $38,000. I still have to cover tax, tags and the $200 dealership fee.
A google search told me that the invoice for this vehicle is $38,296, and truecar.com cites the dealership cost at $37,300. MSPR for the car is $44,905.
I am doing a trade in for $16,000 and getting 1.9% financing.
I may try to snag a deal on the factory front lip as well for hopefully ~$300, but lets focus on the car for now.

Let me know what your thoughts are and thanks in advance!

Looks good, without some extra incentive cash it's not going to get much cheaper.

Dont think I can get the $1,000 off Infiniti loyalty deal, and I am not military so I can get that one either.

Does everyone else agree this is pretty much the best deal I can get?

Thanks!
