What to do??????

My lease ends in 2months. I pay $478 a month. My buyout is $24,500. I got a 08G37S PG fully loaded in mint condition with 35K miles on it. My original contract miles were for for 48750 mile lease, I'm way under lease. They are trying to get me into a 2012G37XS coupe fully loaded.

MSRP 49,500

Gross Capitalized Cost$ 46813

Down payment is really 2K but they put 3K since we are infiniti owners, u get 1K on the house.

39 month lease 12Kyear

.00087 money factor residual 58%

Cost is 499 per month.

WHAT DO I DO? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? is this a good lease deal.


With math for 5K more after financing I can keep and own my 08G37 as opposed to putting out almost 20K in lease without nothing left but to return it.

I like the new nav screen and bluetooth music options over the early models. + you'll have a warranty, I wouldn't keep any car without a warranty.
Id get the new one, but the choice is yours.

Thanks I just put in new hankook evo12 and new brake pads front and back. I spend almost 2K. For extended warranty is $2500. So I gues for 7.5K more I can keep my G37S. For music, I kinda just listen to XM and android phone connected to rca cable.

Back up sensors are nice too, the interior pieces are nicer, leather seems different, just the first things that come to mind comparing my 12 to the 09 I just gave up.

I know the 08 had a few less upgrades than the 09 but I can't remember off hand since I got rid of it a few years ago.

You also have the option to go with a different color if you have any swirls or chips?

But if your car gives you no troubles, and you don't care about having new things I'd just keep it.

I switched mine for all of the reasons you don't really care about lol

Thanks for the info. My car no swirls, dents etc. The Platinum Graphite hides everything. 2bad they dont make that color no more.

PG does hide everything. That's what my dad has on his.

I have black obsidian. It shows EVERYTHING.

Whats a good deal I can get? Is a 2 year lease better. Can u believe they would only give me 21k for my car? Im starting just to lean to buy my car.

I've seen people put their G37S on craigslist saying the dealer offered around 21 and they'll take the best offer above that. Pretty smart if they want to get into something else asap but don't want to get dealer-hosed.

Personally, my car has been paid off for a few months and it's been awesome to have that ~500/month go into my bank account. It was the easiest check I wrote each month, but it's nice only having to pay for gas and oil changes. Also makes it easier to pull the trigger on mods.

Sure, something could come up now that I'm outside of warranty, but my family has always pulled ahead by owning a car outright instead of making perpetual payments.

MF is way toooo high. I was getting .00005 when they were offering me an IPL. I was getting quoted IPL for $490/month x 39 months for an IPL with the same down payment as what you're contemplating. I'd say get a new one and enjoy the warranty and new little features/upgrades...

And yes, I have an 08 G37s fully loaded and I'm getting offered 22 for mine when consulting with other dealers. Infiniti ****s you on the residual

you can get a better deal and more for your trade. Shop around. 45,500 shoudl be your price and around .0006 for your MF (btw IPl has a different residual and mf so they cannot be compared)
