Its got 65000 miles that's why the price is lower. Go in and offer 19,500...is this a private sale? I can tell you from attempting to sell my lease at the end a few time the amount of "Low ball offers' that were down right stupid stopped me from even listening. So don't insult the guy, look up the value on some websites.

There was a guy in the area trying to sell on craigslist for 1-2k over what the dealer was offering.
22k for a loaded 08 G37s w/ 20k miles. I would have jumped on that if I didn't have mine, but of course this was 2 years after buying mine

If there's no mechanical issues I'd say it's a great deal. I'm in California, just bought a 08 g37 MT fully loaded 33k miles for $27.6. $31.5 OTD with 3yr/100kmile warranty.
I was going to buy a 2007 g35 coupe 44k miles for $20k and that was considered $2k lower than anything else on the market in my area.
So I'd say $22K for an 08 g37 MT 65K miles is a good deal.
