Looking to lower lease payment

Looking to lower lease payment
Hey guys,
I have a 2009 G37 Sedan Sport...27k miles, and the lease is due back in September. The local dealers say I'm able to switch out the car for a new one with no worry about the left over payments. I'm still on the stock front tires, and found this interesting since I don't want to buy new tires to use for a few months.
My current payment is $450/month, I'd like to significantly lower my monthly payments as my income is a lot lower now than it was when I got the car.
Is it possible to get a 2012 G37 Sedan (non sport) for $350/month with 0 down/due at inception? Or is this unrealistic? So far the best price I got was $379/month with $500 due at signing.
If not, is there any other good cars that can be obtained for $250-$350/month with 0 out of pocket (due at signing)? For example an Altima?
Thanks,
Brad

and as a side note - FFS don't negotiate w/ the dealer based on monthly payments...you haggle over the selling price, and ensure the lease terms (MF, residual etc) are the best available for your credit tier.... If you haggle on payments, you lose.

Hey Brad -
Not sure if this helps but I've been offered $385/month with 2K down (including 1K loyalty cash) with 12K miles/yr on a 2012 G37s Sedan (fully loaded except tech pkg)...

I leased 2012 G37S Journey sedan (Prem, Navi, Soprts) for 39 months, 15k, $855 total drive off (1st mo + DMV) for $421.83/mo + Tax.
I pulled ahead 1 month. I think I could have saved more money if I did 6 month earlier with the program.

You could probably do better, but the deals depend a lot on your area. I went to a high volume metro area with 4 or 5 Infiniti dealers so I got the best deal. If you are looking at a '12 Journey with only the Premium and no nav or sport, I would try to get that same price ($399/month) without putting anything down but first months payment.

They talked me into turning my G37 in early, with the "pull ahead program" that supposedly ends today (4/2/12). Can anyone confirm that?
The deal I got was $390.00/month which includes tax, and $0 out of pocket. I did not pay anything, and my 1st payment isn't due until 30 days out. This was for a 2012 G37 Sedan (Journey/Premium Packages).
This also includes free tint, and 1 yr free maintenance. Does anyone know how good dealer tint installation is? I usually go to a local shop, but the free tint might be worth it if they can do a great job.
How did I do? They told me I squeezed them for everything.

check out edmunds.com lease forums. lots of good info. also don't forget you can "buy down" the rate with security deposits that you just get back at end of the lease. I'm paying 0.2% in finance charges on my lease instead of 1.64% current rate. saving $25/mo
