Theft? I don't think this car is from an Infiniti dealer so, can it be a CPO?
Also, I don't trust people who flip cars from auctions.

I think it's great buy! Car in mint condition with no swirls in pics, low millage, plus you have 6yrs/70,000k warranty for $23000. Can't go wrong. Wheel and grille are a little scuffed up but it’s no biggie. First G i think I've seen without mud guards though :0( felt weird when i looked at that lol

Yeahh..

Thanks Fresh, I asked him about the theft he said it happened shortly after it was purchased. That is not a huge concern to me as long as the car is great condition.

He claims that he went to a INFINITI dealer and they certified the car by checking it out. Is that possible.....sounded weird?

You must be kidding, right? I don't want to hurt your feeling but my friend car got stolen about 10 years ago. The police found it 3 days later and I wouldn't want to put my butt in that car again.

The guy doesn't know about the car. It seems it was a 2 years lease. The previous owner didn't want to keep the car so, he turned it in. It was sold at auction about 8 months ago after several attempts.

I think it's a good deal. They provided a ton of pictures and don't see anything obvious that they might be hiding.

You're asking this after the fact, so of course we're going to point out the theft. You obviously weren't very concerned about it when you decided to buy it, so just forget that it happened and enjoy the car.

I'd just make sure and wipe all that armor-all off the interior when you get it.

The 6 year/70k is powertrain only. The bumper to bumper is 4 years or 60k which may have already expired depending when it was originally sold.

Infiniti Ownership | Vehicle Warranty | Infiniti USA

His CPO claim is misleading. Only vehicles bought from an INFINITI dealer are Infiniti CPO which extends the warranty to 100k and the warranty is non-transferable. The theft red-flag is probably enough for an Infiniti dealer to walk away from this one.

But I guess any Bubba can call it "CPO" as long as he doesn't claim "Infiniti CPO"

Might be in denial..that price and sellers claims seem shady. I wouldn't have went anywhere near that deal.

But hey...enjoy the car bro. Hope you don't find any issues with it after the fact.

I don't know how the car might have been CPO'd, but the extended warranty from Infiniti is transferable...

Myself, I would never buy that type of car on Ebay though...

Looks mad clean, just make sure you don't take it to those regular car washes unless you want paint to die.

Keeping the paint as good as it looks in those pictures will probably require a lot of maintenance. Nice buy!

From the CPO limited warranty PDF on the Infiniti website:
"WARRANTY NOT TRANSFERABLE
This Warranty is not transferable and is void whenever ownership or lessee of the vehicle changes
after coverage under this warranty commences."

if all the internals to the engine and everything else match the perfection of how the car looks id say you did good.

I should have been more clear: purchased Extended warranty...is transferable. I thought it said extended warranty included, not specific to CPO warranty...my bad.
