I find it kinda weird in the first place that it is a demo. There should be no reason that they would use a Limited Edition for a demo car..especially since the 2012 model was released in October..I would be kinda wary on this one.

My first G35 was a demo... Showroom floor model... whatever you want to call it, in '04.

Had every option but the Nav. I bought it with 241 miles on it for a tidy little discount. Had it 6 years and put 80k miles on it with no problems. A couple thousand miles seems a little odd, though.

The only difference from used is it hasn't been titled. You can be sure it hasn't followed the recommended break in. I wouldn't go higher than $38,000, but you'll have to be willing to walk away. See if you can find similarly equipped used low low mileage G within 100 miles and use that against them.
