Warranty Supplemental Expense charge?

Anyone know what this is? Shows up as $125 on the invoice pricing printout the dealer provided.

Of course I asked. Dealer said it's a fee infiniti charges them, so they pass it on to the customer.

Did some calling around today. Apparently it's a fee assessed in certain states to supplement warranty claims. Sounded like bull to me, but apparently both infiniti and nissan are charging this. Some dealers show the amount broken out, others don't. Seems like another fee to pad the bottom line.
