I leased a G37X sport fully loaded in may 2011. Dealer told me that since I am a new customer there are no cash incentives on leases. He said if I wanted to buy there is a $1000 cash back. I was informed that repeating infiniti customers can get a loyalty cash of $1000 on leases but for new customers there are not cash incentives.

Is this true guys?

Yes. There is a $1000 rebate on a purchase for an '11 and $1,000 owner loyalty for a lease depending on the model
