They have a base price of 45,500? Jump on it but buy it! I bought one used (1,200 miles) for 46k
As an FYI I have had my IPL for just about 3 months and have already put over 5k miles. They are very addictive to drive and there would be no way I could keep under 15k miles in 39 months.
Edit actually I put 6k on it after going out and taking a look.

I talked to the general manager and he gave me $46,500 price minus $1000 Infiniti loyalty discount (This will be my 3rd lease with Infiniti) I'm gonna try and squeeze a little more out of him.

That sounds like a pretty decent deal. I have a 2011 6MT with a window sticker of about $44,600 on a 39 month lease with $1280 down and $475/month including tax. Most IPL's go for sticker price so that doesn't sound bad to me.
If you have made all of your payments on time with Infiniti financial for all 3 of your previous cars then you will get tier 1. I used to be a finance director for an Infiniti store and Infiniti financial is very good to their previous customers. I actually had a guy that had 2 BMW's repo'd and his house foreclosed on but he had always paid Infiniti perfectly so they gave him tier 1!!!
Good luck with the deal, keep us posted!

I was at the dealership today and they were telling the base price on a 2011 G37 S is $46,500 (at least the one I was looking at on their lot). They offered me the exact same deal for it. It sounds like you would be getting a great deal.
Oh and they don't include plates and registration out here but still want $1,440 at signing.
