Is this a good lease deal G37XS coupe

I leased a new 2011 G37XS in may. Sticker Price was $48300 fully loaded.

I am new to leasing and want to see if this is a good deal. The agreed upon price of the coupe was $46293 due to the limited supply of G37XS coupes. I was also told had I buy I could of gotten it for $45,000 but on leases you don't get rebates.

The gross capitalized cost is $47140($46292+$595 Acquisition fee+$252 in upfront sales tax).

I made a down payment of $2500 which includes($1515 Cap Reduction Cost+194 Registration fee+$156+$25 in Doc Fees+$610 first month payment)

I am leasing the car for 39 months, the final adjusted cap cost is $45625 (after $1515 on cap reduction), my monthly payment is $610 and I am getting 25,000 miles a year to drive. The end residual after 39 month is $26646.

Did I get a good deal? And also it doesn't show the money factor or interest rate on the paper work. Anyone know what interest rate I got based on my monthly payments and all the numbers I posted.

Most would say your agreed purchase price of $46293 is too high, even if it is on the G37xS coupe. Invoice on that car is probably around $44,XXX, so you should have shot for closer to that price.

$610/mo for 25k miles/year is still a decent deal. Most folks on this site never lease for more than 15k mi/yr, so that monthly payment isn't too bad. Hopefully you shopped around for a few months before making this deal, and if so, then you most likely got the best price you could find.

I actually just leased a coupe with the same exact MSRP plus another $700 for the rear spoiler. Terms of my lease are 39 months/12k miles per year, $450 monthly payments, and I shelled $1500 out of pocket (includes 1st month payment). I also should mention I was eligible for VPP.

To start, the car is going to go down 42.4% in the 39 months you have the car, that equates to $19,464, however you are paying $610 a month, or $23790 plus $1515. There is a $4000 between the depreciation and what you are paying plus your gap cost reduction. This translates to an APR of 9.7%, considering mortgages are far below this around 4.*% you are over paying a good amount. If the APR used would have been a more conservative 5% it would have been $541.76 a month, sorry for the bad news. I'm paying 350 for my G, MSRP 42k. I will explain all my calculations if you have questions

ok i need similar help!!

I need your input!! Im about to lease a 2011 g37x for 33 months . The MSRP is $40,000, initial cap cost: $37,500. $1800 down.. 10,000 miles/yr. The residual is $24,024. Monthly payment: $434. I really want a monthly payment below (or at) $400. Would the dealer think I’m crazy if I insisted my monthly payment has to be $400? Do you think they would go for it?
I feel LOST! I have never leased before. What am I missing here in regards to lease information that I need to find out?
THANK YOU for the help!!

I picked up loaded 2011 G37xS (sticker was at $48,300) yesterday. 24 month lease, 10k per yr. $490 x 23 months, sign and drive - complete $0, first month included. I would say your payment is on a high side.

a lot of this does not make sense to me. Infiniti does not have a 33 month program, and there is no Infiniti with a 40,000 msrp.

This is the deal I got back in April for 2011 G37X Coupe

39 months 12k a year

MSRP 46700

Monthly payment including 7% NJ tax: $490
OTD: $0

They even paid for my first month payment. Simply, I just signed the paper and walked out with both keys on my hand.

Options included Nav Prem Interior Accent ETC

Best Buy Leasing out of Brooklyn, NY. Somehow they're able to get 24m leases at decent prices. The 11" G Coupes are getting almost impossible to find tho, might have to wait till programs roll out for the 12". Send me a PM if you're interested.

Guys, here is the thing, even tough my payment is $610 monthly. Remember I got 25,000 miles a year. I see some of you are in the high $400s a month but you only have 10-15k. I needed the extra miles. So with that being said, do you all still think $610 is high.

Thanks for the opinions.

BOCAYTOMAS.

My car's residual at the end of 39month is $26xxx dollars. It is stated on the paper work.
So with that in mind, my money factor or interest rate comes out to be about 3.2% Not 9.7%
Correct me if I am wrong.
