Opinions on this G37x sedan lease offer
Here is the deal as it stands now:
2011 G37x Graphite Shadow/Stone with Premium, Sport, and Nav packages, plus trunk mat/net/first aid, illuminated kick plates, and splash guards for accessories.
MSRP: 44,185
Invoice: 40496
Sales price: 39996
Term: 39 months
Miles: 12k
Money Factor: .00131
Residual: 64%
Taxes: 7%
Due at signing: No money down, 700 acquisition, 220 doc prep, 175 dmv, first months payment
Monthly payment: $417
I don't know if I can get any more off the sales price, it is already 9.5% under MSRP. Unfortunately the dealer cash bonus advertised on Edmunds does not apply to leases, only purchases, and I don't qualify for loyalty cash.
I might ask for some free maintenance just to sweeten my end.
What do you think? How much are you guys getting under/over invoice on your deals?
Thanks, and hopefully I will be joining the G37 community in the next few days!

I think your getting as best a deal as you can (or at least not much more)... One thing I want to point out to everyone is the MSRP has risen since the Tsunami. I have confirmed this and is not BS... thus impacting invoice and ultimately the bottom line.
I am paying for a similar car except sign and drive (8.625 sales tax) plus the wing to be 485 and Infiniti eating some of my 5 months of my BMW (some being rolled in also)...
My brother is paying same car (no wing) $385 with fees and taxes upfront with cap cost reduction (he traded in a very old car and used what he had as a small cap cost reduction)
Both cars being around 10% off MSRP and just under Invoice... Sooo.. I think your good to go...
Truecar and Zag are WRONG! They are not compensating for the MSRP raise...
