2011 G37x Coupe June lease quote - detailed
I need you guys help!
2011 G37x Coupe - build date Dec. 2010
- Liquid Platinum/Graphite
- Splash Guards
- CARPETED Trunk MAT, Cargo Net & First Aid Kit
- Illuminated Kick Plates
36 Month - 10k miles a yr
MSRP: 41350
Cap Cost: 38750
Residual: 26464 [64%]
Money Factor: 0.0004 [after 9 multiple security deposits]
Bank Fee: 700 [capitalized into lease]
Doc Fee: 120
DMV Fee: 78
No down payment
Monthly Payment: 367+tax
I thought Infiniti is offering 65% residual but the dealer stated that it is 64% [maybe a BS?] Also the money factor is 0.0001 higher but I am totally okay with that.
So... what do you guys think? I think the cap cost [selling price] is little bit high.
Thanks in advance!!!!

Have them show you the books to show you the interest rate (MF) and the residual. They can make money on the back end by not giving you the right interest rate (unless our credit wasn't T1/T0) and the residual.

compare against this. 2011-12 Infiniti Lease Rates – June 2011
assuming you have T0/T1 credit, these are the exact rates they should be giving you. If they're higher, the dealer is jacking the rate to make money off you.
