Extended warranties are prorated. Depending on the contract he should get most of his money back it not all.

He has 60 days to cancel for a FULL REFUND.
He needs to call Infiniti Financial Service.

Then he can go back and renegotiate.
I bought a 8 year 120,000 mile extended warranty for 50%, 6 months after I bought the car.

The way I drive, I WILL get a new motor, and transmission before 100,000 miles!!!

If you’re serious, I don’t understand your logic. Regardless of the extended warranty, if you drive the car into the ground where it may be worth much less when you eventually sell or trade it in, you will only be harming yourself. And of course, that does not include the inconvenience of needing additional service through abuse that an average owner would not necessarily be subject to.

I cant speak for Wezbian, but.
I personally didnt buy the car to get money back when I sell it, I bought it to also drive it to the ground. The extended warranty just allows me to drive it that much harder!!
We don't own Toyota Camrys, we bought 330 HP handling machines!

Well of course you can do with it what you want. I just don’t see driving a car into the ground as a rational use of it. Putting aside the inconvenience of possible mechanical problems you could also end up with more speeding tickets if not an increased risk of accidents. It doesn’t seem a wise thing to do.

I have an extended warranty on my car but I drive it responsibly as a matter of course. I couldn’t bring myself to abuse it, sticking the next owner with trouble-laden headache. And I certainly don’t waste a lot of time at the dealer nor at the side of a road getting written up for a moving violation.
