actually the residual for 24 months is higher than 36.
deal sounds about average. nothing too special to brag about. Taxes and credit score play a variable....a few more dollars can be squeezed

i think his is $0 down the cash due at signing is taxes and fees.
this was my lease deal when i got my 2011 MW xS coupe with prem, navi, sport back in january
24 month lease 15K/Yr $0 down
$2603 due at signing for taxes and fees
$522/month lease payment for 24 months
price of car 48775 negotiated down to 44110

You need to list MSRP and residual. Don't listen to people who don't ask for all the math variables and say "you should pay $350" that doesn't make sense. It's a VERY simple math equation with lots of website to help you see if you are getting the right deal.
Car Lease Calculator — For Monthly Lease Payments and Costs
Get your dealer to give you all the details you need and see what the payment SHOULD BE. But you need the information (which is required by law).
MSRP (sticker)
Sale price (negotiated price)
Residual value (Usually a percentage)
Money Factor (interest rate given in decimal, but if you multiply by 2400 you get the %)
Tax rate
With all that you can get the lease rate. And check to see if they are hiding fees to make the price higher (common).
The simplest way to look at a lease is that you are paying a percentage of the car. If you have a $50,000 car and the residual is $25,000 (50%) you will have to pay that 50% in whatever length is set (it's higher since lots of manufacturers inflate their own residuals).
So if you have to pay that 25K (which doesn't include tax and fees) over 24 months it's $1,000 a month or $694 for 36 months....there is no MAGIC deal where you pay less than what that "use fee" is...plus taxes.
If you put down $5k to reduce the cap cost, or if you put 0 down you really pay the same amount over time.
