Hey pette25,

Let me tell you how the process works so you understand why we need the deposit. There are cars out there with the options you want, the problem is that we don't know if we can get them. Locating a car is more than just finding it. We have to get the car from the other dealer and sometimes is not easy. They won't let go of the cars or they want another car in return. Before we can start the process of getting the car for you, we need a deposit first. No dealer will move a finger without a deposit first. So, this is where we stand. I have done everything I can to help you, I got you the deal you wanted, now it's up to you to decide if you want us to get the car for you. You don't have to drive up here at all, you only need to show up to pick up your car. What we need you can give it to us over the phone and fax. Let me know.

put it on your CC and call it a day, if they don't deliver (which seems very unlikely) you can just get a charge back. no biggie.

actually i spoke with the "other" dealer he agreed not to accept a deposit until he had a car in his lot.... which is great cause other infiniti dealers said "yeah well try to get you a car but i dont know when or if i can, but i need a $500 deposit to start lookin" they do this to take u off the market

yeah, i can see that logic - im sure it takes some work though to get the car there so they want to make sure you are going to get it. I always buy my cars from Inventory or Im going to the dealer who has it.

yea, but if you use a CC you dont really have to worry about it - unless you have a limit issue. The CC will not charge you any finance charges over a refunded charge. plus if there is an issue they will resolve on your behalf. I just charged my G37 back in 2008 when I bought it new.

Help us how? You still have to wait until the dealer brings the car. No dealer will bring in a car without a deposit because it costs money to do so. We were honest with you and told you that it might take up to 10 days. It might've taken only two days. I waited 10 days to get my car. We will never BS anybody, it's one of the reasons we're the #1 volume dealer in the country.

I still could not get under the magical $400/mo barrier on the 36 month lease, but how does this look? Can I do any better?

G37x Coupe with Premium/Nav/Sport packages
Sale price $41,xxx (I wrote down something, but it's not legible anymore)

36 months / 15k miles
$409/mo with all taxes & fees up front

39 months / 15k miles
$399/mo with all taxes & fees up front
