Amazing deal. For those out there looking, you won't find a better deal.

How does this work? So I could lease one in WA but register it in CA a few months later?

Can you post the details of your lease? MSRP, cap, residual, and money factor or rate. You'd have to get 4 thousand under invoice so I'm interested.

the window sticker says 45450.00 and purchase option is 30451.50
i guess i shouldn't have said 0 down...did pay the $369.07 first month's payment, $65 registration and a $595 acquisition fee
I don't know where to find all the info you asked for JMWARD, but I'm personal friends with the owner of the dealer, and we've bought 4 cars from them...needless to say they hook us up pretty good

That's one great deal. I ran some numbers and they gave you the 36 month residual on a 39 month lease ($11 / month savings). To get $369/month you were about $1725 under invoice (using a money factor of .00152 for 39 months and using a 6.5% sales tax).

It's nice to have friends in the right places.

I think that it is the best rate for perfect credit on a 39 month lease. It would be a .00147 if you had a 36 month lease.

Sorry Tina, that's very unrealistic. But, if you want a great price, PM me with all the info.

Update

OK, here is where I am with negotiations. Thanks to Chico who really helped me in my negotiating and is a stand-up guy. I would have bought from him no questions asked if I was in the Northeast instead of PHX.

2011 G37s Sedan
Sport Package
Premium Package
Nav
Illuminated kickplates
trunk mat

MSRP $42,620

Invoice $39,916
VPP price $39,019

39 months
10k / yr
62% residual
0.00111 MF

I still need to work out final payment by getting all the up front fees (doc, license, etc.) but they are saying around $429. I need to verify this.

This deal is in AZ

thoughts? they are also going to throw in the rear decklid spoiler ($425 MSRP) for free along with free installation.

Not bad, but I've seen better. Especially only 10k/yr

...sorry just realized this is the coupe. I was speaking sedan.
