Help with lease terms

I want to lease a 2011 G37x sedan with premium package, carpet mats and splash guards. The best offer I have on the table is $1300 out the door with 380 per month for 36 months. Cap cost = $35,307; $26,026 residual value; first year scheduled maintenance free.

This seems like a very good deal to me (cap cost below invoice). Any thoughts.
Thanks.

You don't specify your tax rate, the miles, and the MSRP; but I'm assuming the MSRP is $40,040 and the mileage is 10K/year due to the high residual value.
These are my numbers:

MSRP: 40040
Invoice: $36862
Sale: $35307
Residual: $26026 (65%)
MF: 0.00165

Depreciation: $9281
Base monthly: $257.80
Interest: $101.20

Total monthly payment: $359.00

This is assuming you pay all taxes, first month payment, and fees up front. Also, tell the dealer you have an offer from another dealer at $2750 bellow invoice, tell them to match it. They will. With a price of $2750 below invoice your payments would be $323 a month paying all taxes and fees up front. Good luck

He's only getting premium package. You are getting Premium, Navigation, and Sport packages. Am I wrong? That's why it's lower. Also your quote was for 15K miles not 10K.

pocket the 1300 and have them make the payment 400 even.
you'll be saving this way.
