Price on a leftover 2009 G37X Sedan

So I'm looking at a brand new 2009 G37X sedan, with the premuim package. My local dealer has one left on their lot. The MSRP (Canadian) on the window sticker is $47,000. They are offering it to me for $38K. I tried to negotiate down to $36K, but they wouldn't budge.

Just wondering, do you all think I should just put out the $38K, or still try to negotiate further. They are pretty adamant that the price is the lowest they can go. I will obviously try to get it lower, but how much lower should I go... considering they didn't accept $36K or $37K.

Is $38K really a steal for a brand new G37X sedan?

Any info/opinions/help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!
