2009 G37 Coupe - Deal or no deal?

Was just quoted a price of $37,995 on a 2009 G37 Journey Coupe with premium, navi and sport.

a) Is this a good deal?

b) Is this such a good deal I should really jump on it?

Many thanks for your help.

sounds like a great deal to me...assuming that the 'sport' package includes LSD, Brakes and 19 inch Wheels and suspension

Also received a quote on a 2010 journey coupe with sport, premium and navigation - $39,500 and $44,000 OTD.

Just trying to get a sense of what is a reasonable price to pay. First time car buyer, so I want to arm myself with as much info as possible. I have looked at edmunds.com invoice prices.

Would $40,000 OTD on the 2010 be a ridiculous offer?

Sounds like a good starting point to me... act like you have lots of rich friends and family in the area and say that this is just an everyday commuter :-)
