Is this a good deal on a G37XS Sedan?

I got a price on a 2009 G37XS sedan in either black obsidian or blue slate with the black interior of $37125 (MSRP 40330). If I take the additional $2500 off its $34625. Is this a good price? Also, I am considering it with navi. One dealer I went to has the car with navi and tech, but I really do not want the tech package. What would be a good price for the car with and without the navi? All the dealers are anxious to get me out of my current G lease so I am looking to do this soon. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Don't go off MSRP, go off Invoice. Use Edmunds.com to price out the car with the option you want ("Get a free price quote" under the "new cars" section on the homepage). It will give you the MSRP and the invoice:

I got my sedan a little over a month ago for $2,700 under invoice (taking the $2,500 rebate instead of 0% financing). Since then, I think I saw someone else say that they got $2,900 under invoice.

I just bought a G37 Journey with Premium and Navigation for $33,196 ($3000 under invoice), with no haggling involved. (MSRP $39,425, invoice: $36,196) I went through zag.com (same people who developed truecar.com) using the American Express portal. The dealers under this program guarantee to honor the price. This price beat carsdirect by around $900 and beat the best haggled price from other dealers by $600. Check out zag.com and see what it prices out at.

Not clear whether that $34625 includes Navi. I got an 09 AWD w/ Premium for $33,4xx. The key is to find a low enough interest rate elsewhere AND take advantage of the $2,500 off.

According to zag, (depending on the dealers in your area) you can get a g37xs without premium for $31,847, with premium for $33,839, and with nav for $35,701.
