Lease Assumption

Hey Guys

Im moving to Hawaii and don't wanna pay to ship my car, so I figured I'd see if anyone wants to assume my lease.

2008 Black G37S Journey Coupe, A/T, Tint

Leased 1/13/09

15,000k/yr

i never done this before but is it possible to work with the leasing company to get the payment down to $450? Like put down some cash?
