24 Month Leases?

Who has them!?

I'm interested in 24 month lease for any model G37. I would be putting a few thousand down with perfect credit.

What are you payments?

Has anyone experienced any competitors lease offers more attractive? If so, what brand/model?

TIA.

A lot of So.Cal Infiniti dealerships last summer were having an amazing program 2 year lease zero down, for 400ish a month, semi-loaded G37. It appears that Infiniti is the only that offers such a great two-year lease program compared to BMW, Benz, Audi, etc.

AFAIK, 2 year leases are dead. They will do them, but the residual is the same as a 3 year....

Kenny may beable to give you better info, asa I'm about 6 months out of date...

Yeah, not sure what the deal was last year but Infiniti all but said they were going to make 2 year leasing a thing of the past. If you check out the following web site you can see the residuals are within a couple percent on a 2 to 3 year lease but the interest rate is over 7% on a 2 year lease. As far as who may offer a better 2 year rate, check out the other manufactures listed on lease compare and see what you think.

Also, don't put money down on a lease, you'll just lose it if something were to happen to the car. If you don't like having a $500 a month payment then look at a less expensive car. Keep your deposit in a seperate savings account and draw from it there if need be.

Best of luck...

not true that you'll lose it unless you have some sort of protection plan. and there are some states you can get your taxes and down payment back prorated

Thanks Mike and Kenny, you've been a lot of help. It looks like the Coupe has a clear advantage in the residual but the difference between a 24 and 36 month is huge as far as the money factory.

I have a 24/mo lease I paid for it all up front, around $15,000 with taxes, but back my payments/lease is slightly higher than it should be as the residual amount on these vehicles was slightly over estimated. If you're right in between a 24-36 month lease you can do a 30 month lease the numbers might be a little better but don't focus on the monthly payment they will work that like crazy to get your payments right where you want em but that's not going to be a good deal for you.

I've decided to go 36 months.

Right now I'm cross-shopping the 2009 C Class, 2009 328xi, and the G37 Sedan.

Are you able to negotiate "pre-bundled" lease offers?

For example, MB has a $399.00 36 month lease on the C-Class with around $4,000 down. Are you able to negotiate that lower or is that set in stone?

Historically, there has been very little room on the advertised leases, as the prices are already discounted. There is a little bit of room if you want to spend the extra time haggling.
