Yeah, there wasnt a $2000 dealer cash back then but they had the 0.9% apr so with tax it was around $42,500. Alot of these guys are getting low numbers like $39k otd because alot of them are buying with the $2000 dealer cash and the $1000 rebate. It looks good on paper but they are getting hit back with 5.9-6.9% apr financing. But regardless, $31k for my trade in value is Bull no matter how you look at it, $44k sticker, Like im driving a dodge.

I would say all cars are doing that now. Bmw, this month has $4500 rebate and special financing for their 4dr 335, so if you buy it for invoice, you are knocking off like $8000-8500 off sticker and 0.9% apr and maintenance package included.

As bunluvsvw says, you need to decide whether your situation requires that you go for the 0.9% APR for 36 months, or the cash incentives. As per my post on the Sedan forum, on cash purchases dealers in my area are quoting invoice then discounting with the incentives. $2K Factory to Dealer is a given, then there's a $1K loyalty rebate if you already own or lease an infiniti but it's unclear if they apply this to purchases or only to new leases. Nonetheless you should be able to get Invoice - $2K. If you need to finance and can get a low APR through another institution you can still get the incentive discounts.
Look at the April sales numbers. They only sold 1900 G37 sedans in all of North America, almost half what they did last year. They need to move these cars.

I'm in the process of buying a '09 G37S. Blue slate, Graphite int. Nav, Prem, Sport, and Illuminated door sills. The price they've agreed to at this point is $39,850 out the door, including 6.25% tax, title, etc.
Is this a fair price? I originally asked for $39k OTD. The above price was their counter offer, and they don't seeming willing to move much more.
