you can't, not even for a base with nothing on it, actually maybe for base but any option on it will make it more than a fully loaded G37

Back in the day when I leased my G37S (in Sept of '07), with Nav, Sports, Premium, Tech and Spoiler, the money factor was around .00182 and residual was 62%.

With $0 down, 15k miles/yr, 39 months, the monthly payment is $605.

I have no idea what you're talking about leasing a 335 convertible for that much... you might not even be able to touch the base model for that much... same with the MB CLK550... the P2 doesn't give you nav... nor keyless entry... tick those options and your payments go up. Not to mention, any MB or BMW dealer I've walked in want you to put about $5000 total out of pocket at lease inception...

Either way, $689 is waaaaay too much. You should get it under $600... good luck.

Keep in mind that people in different states may have very different tax rates, so it may not be possible to get the same payment. Try to find out what others in your area are getting it for these days, if possible. For example, it's much more likely you'll be able to get a great monthly payment in Cali with so many competing dealers, than an area where a dealership has no competition.
