Did I overpay?

Hey everyone!! I just bought a used 2008 G37S, blue slate, black interior, 4K miles. It has every possible option except the technology package and the 4-wheel steering, and is in pristine condition. Since the Kelley Blue Book values for 2008 models aren't published yet, I have no idea if I found a good deal or over-payed. I got the G37S for $35K, plus tax and title. Anyone else out there find a similar deal? Is that an average price? Did I get ripped off?

Either way, it's mine now, and my dream car is in my driveway. I just want to know if all my time and research payed off or not.

If automatic, then maybe it wasn't the best deal considering in a couple months the 09's will be out with 7 speeds. But thats just a maybe, it's only if you feel left out. Price wise it's decent imo.

agree, if you got the 5at, then it wouldnt be a good deal imo. 35k without taxes and title? then that is not a good price imo.

It's a 6MT. What kind of price should I have aimed for? I was going purely off the estimated MSRP of a comparably equipped 2009, figuring if I ordered it brand new it would be around $42K. What should used 2008 G37S 6MTs be going for these days?

I also bought a G37S 6MT with about 4k miles on it, but it was premium, so not fully loaded and it did not have the 4WAS... I payed $34k, but that was back in april, so considering yours is fully loaded, its not a bad deal.

assuming the person he bought it from didnt manage to mess up the MT.

you never know, the guy couldve sold it because he thought he could learn to drive MT then ended up failing and giving up.
