Did Infiniti improve on Lease Rate for Aug?

It seems Infiniti is still updating their site. I can't seem to find the rates any more. Do anyone know whether there is a rate change for August? Or other new incentive programs for the G37?

july's was already down from august. i think end of the year deals are if you wanna buy, not lease...cuz after this the residuals start dropping even if the sale price drops too. not sure about money factor tho.

Leases are all about rates and residuals. In September, the residual will drop as the rates move, possibly for the worse. Even still, the exact same vehicle today will lease for a higher payment because of the lower residual value in September. That has nothing to do with the dealer (consumers love to blame the dealer whenever possible, but this is from the banks). End of model year is really more beneficial to purchase or finance a vehicle; not lease as DanMardik mentioned.

dzy_1, you bought yours at a good time as I'm positive the residual will drop and I'm pretty sure the MF will go up due to the 2009 models due out next month. It's happened already to the FX now.

I got a FANTASTIC rate in early July (may have been late June). It could have just been due to the fact I got them to come way down in price but it was a low money factor on a 39 month 15k a year lease.

the problem was all the short term leases causing Nissan/Infiniti (and the rest of the car companies out there) to have to pay for the differences of the residual values of the car and what they sold for after the lease. just like everything else, credit effects your lease payment and the lease rates will go up and fade out lleasing as a whole very soon

All i can say is enjoy it while it lasts.

However, I had a couple of leases where someone else got screwed because the residual value was no where near what they had expected. What I paid for 3 years on my last car tand then what the car could sell for combined equlaed about 5k under the negoiated price (not MSRP).
