Anyone extend an Infiniti lease?

Anyone extend an Infiniti lease?
My dealer was telling me that on a "case by case" basis. Infiniti can extend leases for 6 months at a time. Just wondering if anyone has done that and what the perameters were.

A short extension is possible. In one scenario I can think of now is that maybe your Infiniti is up around June, and the new car you wanted is gonna be on sale in November. Then extending your lease would be an option instead of jumping too soon on another car that you dont really want, or without a car...

I just extended my G35x lease by two months. That was the limit of what they allowed me.
(Unless they get an order from me for a 2009 for instance, then they'd allow me to extend it further)

I just extended my lease by 3 months with the option of extending another 3 months after that. It was very simple. Called the lease number, asked for an extension, and got it immediately. I am waiting for the 2009, FWIW.
It is an open ended extension. I can return the car at any time after my original term (8/8) expires. If I want to keep it another month, just pay the lease amount. They send paperwork that must be signed and returned, but completely painless.
Now if one of the local dealers would just take my money so I can get one of the first allotment, I would be happy.

When I turned my 06 G35 coupe in after a one year, I was given the option to renew for a 2 year time. Not sure if this was the norm, or because they were stuck with lots of the old model Gs when the 37's came out.

I was able to extedn my wife's lease by 1 year that works on a month by month basis so we can return the car at anytime but have within a contract of up to 12 more months.
Does anyone know if I can extend it again? She's paying $299 for a G37S Sedan loaded and the deal is just unheard of for this car so don't want to give it up it yet...

I have the 2015. I would love to extend my lease, my payment is just under $200/ mo.
It would be nice to turn it in for a Q50 closer to the end of the year. Mine lease will be up in May 17.
I could either get a good deal on a year end close out or opt for the 2018 if it gets a significant update/refresh.
