End LEASE Early? helppppp

So i talked with someone from Infiniti Finance and they gave me 2 choices. I can do a Voluntary Repossesion, which means I voluntary give my car up and it stays on my credit for 7 YEARS. The other option I have is to make 12 payments (1 year), and after that I qualify to withdraw my car, and they will see what my car is worth at that time and compare it with my payoff, and I will pay the difference.
I also spoke with someone from swapalease.com, they also have 2 choices. The first is to give my lease to someone else, only thing is I become the 2nd person instead of the first on the lease aggreement. So if they messup on payments, my credit will get messed up too. The other option gets me completely OFF the lease, they actually buy my car and do a completely new LEASE. Only thing i pay, according to them is the fee to post up on the website.
